In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Any Account found to have been opened by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all wagers placed from that Account will be voided, and any remaining Balance will be returned to the payment method used for deposit, subject to KYC verification of the deposit source.
3.1 Each individual may hold only one Account on the wd338 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a Prohibited Activity and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and valid contact email address. wd338 will rely on this information for KYC verification and for all subsequent communications.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information. If any registered detail changes, you must update your Account profile promptly or notify wd338 support via email at [email protected].
3.4 wd338 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and is not required to provide a reason for doing so.
3.5 Account registration is free of charge. wd338 will never charge a fee for opening or maintaining an Account on the Platform.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. wd338 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
4.2 You agree to notify wd338 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorized third party. wd338 may temporarily suspend your Account pending a security investigation in such circumstances.
4.3 wd338 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security, including sharing your login details with any other person.
4.4 wd338 strongly recommends that Members enable any available multi-factor authentication features and use a unique, complex password that is not reused across other online services.
5.1 All deposits to your wd338 Account must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the approved payment methods displayed on the Platform, which currently include:
5.2 Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. wd338 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or business accounts. Deposits from unverified sources may be held pending investigation.
5.3 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. wd338 does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
5.4 wd338 processes deposits in real time where the payment method supports it. Processing times for individual bank transfer channels may vary depending on the issuing bank and the time of the transaction. wd338 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.
5.5 wd338 does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, some payment providers may apply their own transaction charges. Members are advised to check with their bank or e-wallet provider for applicable fees.
5.6 wd338 reserves the right to request evidence of deposit source as part of its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. Members must cooperate fully with any such request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the deposit being held or returned.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account registered in the same legal name as your wd338 Account. wd338 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.2 Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete the KYC verification process by submitting the following documents:

6.4 For fully verified accounts, wd338 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes during standard operating hours (WIB). Actual transfer arrival times to your bank account depend on your issuing bank's processing schedule and may take longer outside standard banking hours.
6.5 wd338 reserves the right to apply additional security checks to any withdrawal request it deems unusual or high-risk. In such cases, processing may take up to 3 business days while the review is conducted.
6.6 Funds deposited to your Account must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be accepted. This requirement exists solely to prevent the fraudulent use of wd338's payment infrastructure and does not constitute a bonus wagering condition.
6.7 wd338 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard bank transfer requests. Any fees levied by the receiving bank are the responsibility of the Member.
7.1 wd338 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events including Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and national holidays.
7.2 Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the Platform at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
7.3 Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
7.4 Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money Balance. Real-money Balance is used first when placing wagers, unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise.

7.6 Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer, using bonus funds exclusively on games with a high mathematical edge against the wagering requirement, or coordinating with other Members to exploit promotion structures.
8.1 All wagers placed on the wd338 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the product category in which they are placed — including but not limited to sportsbook (bandar bola, football bookmaking), mix parlay (accumulator bets), live casino, slot games, and numbers games (togel, Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery).
8.2 Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the wd338 system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Member. wd338 reserves the right to void any wager that was accepted in error, including wagers placed on incorrect odds caused by a system or data feed error.
8.3 wd338 sets betting limits — including minimum and maximum stake amounts — for individual markets, events, and game types. These limits may be adjusted at any time and may vary between Members based on account tier and wagering history.
8.4 In the event of a disputed outcome, wd338's decision on the settlement of any wager is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure set out in Clause 15.
8.5 wd338 reserves the right to limit the staking capacity of any Member's Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that wagers are being placed using Prohibited Activities such as arbitrage software, betting bots, or insider information.
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wd338 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Balance, and may result in a report to relevant law enforcement authorities:

10.1 All content on the wd338 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, written content, graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of wd338 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.
10.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This license does not permit the reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the prior written consent of wd338.
10.3 Game content provided by studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft is licensed to wd338 by those respective studios and is subject to those studios' own intellectual property rights.

13.3 Your continued use of the wd338 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wd338 holds its international gaming license.
